Kerry McCabe

Kerry has a broad and successful media and advertising background covering both traditional and emerging media channels and media technology start-ups.

Kerry has managed large sales operations in the Directories, Press, OOH and Digital sectors. Within the media industry, Kerry is highly respected as a creative and innovative thinker, a motivational leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills, a talented and effective negotiator and a leader in the development of corporate culture. In his most recent role as Commercial Director at ninemsn, he has managed the advertising, operations and product/audience procurement functions of Australia’s leading Digital media business.

Alongside Kerry's professional achievements, he is an active leader in the not-for-profit sector. He is the Chairman and Founder of MAYDAY (Media Assisting Youth) and is a director of Father Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets program that has achieved such high visibility and success.

Kerry will manage the revenue, yield and profitability of purexchange as well as Media Owner relations.



Greg Power

Greg has achieved great success in a broad range of media and advertising disciplines over the past fifteen years. Having held management positions with Eye, APNO, News Corp, Media Entertainment Group and Val Morgan, he has established sound credentials and high level relationships across a variety of media platforms, advertiser segments and Government sectors.

Well regarded for his talents in new business acquisition, customer satisfaction and leadership, Greg has developed robust and successful client development and retention programs as well as sales training modules which have improved key sales metrics across leading sector operators within press, magazine, location TV, Out-Of-Home and Cinema.

In his most recent role as General Manager with Eye, Greg was responsible for, amongst other things, the procurement and management via tender of substantial Government and PPP advertising contracts.

Greg is also a board member of ‘Welcome to Country', a not for profit organization delivering awareness and understanding of Australia's indigenous people and culture, into corporate Australia.

Greg will manage the Direct Advertiser acquisition and retention programs, Government SME grant initiatives as well as purexchange operations.



Adam Ryan

Adam was a foundation executive for one of the most successful technology startups in Australia -seek.com.au. In this role he established sound credentials and a solid reputation in the media and technology sector as an innovative leader with exceptional project management skills.

After several years with seek.com.au, Adam went on to establish ThinkGroup, a pioneering technology company that specializes in developing technology-based business procurement and transactional services. Since launching in 2002, ThinkGroup has developed technology platforms and portals, valued in excess of AU$7M and facilitating high volume and high value procurement across a variety of business sectors. One of ThinkGroup's most ground-breaking programs is ThinkGroupONE; an advanced online platform that provides the infrastructure to centrally manage and optimize cataloging, workflows, data mining, site management, automated reconciliation, search, contract compliance, online payments and hosting. ThinkGroupONE required 18-months R&D and T&D. Sitting within ThinkGroupONE is thinkads, the operating platform that will drive the purexchange online engine.

Adam Ryan is a Non-Executive Director, and along with his team will manage the operating platform, technology support and hosting services of purexchange.
